- BDBenjamin DolanMar 24, 20261.0Ordered pizza for take out. Arrived at the store 15 minutes later. One person in front, disinterestedly taking order on phone. My presence seems to bring down her mood immediately. 6-8 employees in the back ignore me. After several minutes of watching workers do nothing, the cashier finishes the phone order. I give my name, she runs my card and hands me food. I loom at my receipt and see that I have been charged $35, despite my order total being $21. I open top lid of pizza. This is not my food. I turn around and begin to explain to the cashier that she just made a mistake. The cashier is dumbfounded, but with the help of another employee, they determine the sold me the wrong food. I ask for a refund. They immediately refuse. I ask to speak with the Manager. The employee tells me the manager is gone for the night and I have to come back. I tell them thats not acceptable, to get the person in charge. The person helping the cashier tells me they are the person in charge and they cannot give me a refund. I tell them I am unwilling to return tomorrow and want the issue resolved here and now. The Person in Charge offers to issue a credit for $35 to the mobile account i ordered with. I agree to this. They tell me it takes 24 hours for the credit to apply. I never received any credit. I never got my money back. If the other people payed cash the employees probably pocketed it.
