- SSSteven2 days ago1.0Horrible experience. The older guy at the drive-through has a massive attitude. When he gave me my order, I opened the bag to make sure everything was correct, like I usually do. The worker rudely said “go do that at home, there’s people waiting”. Obviously I was aware of that and I’m not a total jerk, it was only going to take a few seconds. But OK, I’ll head home.

PLEASE for the love of god ADD WATER!!!! Mess was so sweet i had to buy a bottle of water to dilute it. I'm so disappointed but the service was awesome

My cheese wasn’t even melted, it looked like a partially frozen Kraft single, and I could hardly bite the bacon I paid to have added. The meat also didn’t look edible. I was so grossed out I couldn’t eat it. And the worse part is, I couldn’t eat the fries either. They were hot and hard. How? How did you manage to have them hot and still hard? Officially done with BK!

- KLKim LandMar 19, 20265.0Visited this location last night with my family. We had to wait a few for the burgers to be done, but while we did the manager was awesome and came out to the truck! He personally thanked us for our patience, handed us three BK crowns ( which my 6 year old wore to bed when we got home lol ) , asked us of there was anything else. We mentioned half heartedly how the kid wanted a chocolate shake and ya know what?! Their manager added oce cream to the shake machine JUST for our son and to make him happy!!! So we left there with fresh food ( which was actually correct BTW ), 3 chocolate shakes, and in a better mood than when we showed up! This is how fast food should be! Thanks yall! Oh... did I mention this was also like 945pm!?! Heck yeah! We will definitely be back to this place!
