  Hard to order with no menu. First time coming in and asked for 2 iced coffee with sugar free flavor when it came out it had dairy mixed in as well. Couldn't drink mine but had no time to wait, ended it up giving it away. Would be nice if there was an actual menu or if the workers asked if you wanted half and half in your coffee.

  Sitting in line as I type 04/08. Guy taking orders in the furthest lane is the slowest worker I have seen. About 4/5 cars in first lane have gone by already. Don’t know what he’s doing but it’s not cutting it.

  Slowest location & the left line always moves quicker than the other. Took me almost 20 minutes and it’s not that long of a drive thru. Super annoying to also watch cars who got there way after get their drinks and you didn’t even order because your line sucks

  I have never been to one of these but my cousin recommended it while we were in the state. I was so excited when the worker told me I got 4 espresso shots in my coffee and sweetener and it wasn't extra. The places in our area it's most of a buck to add espresso to the coffee and a quarter per pump of sweetener. Plus she thought my son wanted cold mocha but never asked him. He had meant to order it hot and they gave him both drinks at no extra charge. Great customer care. We don't go out much and when we do things are limited in our area.
