    I’m a local business owner with not much time on my hands. My mother and I were running my store and needed a quick and easy option for lunch. I ordered us 2 salads on the app and went into the location to pick them up. When I got back to our store to sit down and eat my mom says “there’s no lettuce on my salad”. I was like what?! I called into the subway and asked if they would offer any kind of remake option. I explained that We did not have time to come back that day as we were very busy and couldn’t step away again. They said no they couldn’t do anything to make up for it but I could bring the “salad” back when I got off work that evening and they would remake it. I really thought they should have offered us a refund or a remake of the salad another day for lunch. I politely told them we wouldn’t be eating lunch there anymore and the employee said very loudly and snarky “OK YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY MAAM, THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING SUBWAY!! SEE YOU NEXT TIME” and then hung up on me.

    It is a over crowded subway in a busy section of town. They made it smaller than most subways as there are only like four or five booths to sit at and that is it.
