- KBKrissy Brown1 day ago1.0How can I rate when no one ever took my order? Woke up this morning to intentionally get your coffee. It's been so busy everyday that I have not been able to try it. I downloaded the app. It said the order ahead option wasn't available. So I just go up there. You have two lanes. Watched everyone in the other lane be helped. Was the speaker out? If it was why, was there no sign stating that? Sat there for 6 minutes saying hello and no response. I feel like an idiot. It was pouring down rain. The interior of my car got soaked. I just left. I won't be back either. Wasted gas. Wasted time. And my interior car door was soaked. I'm done. This got me so frustrated I actually cried. Now I feel like a bigger idiot.

- AHAmy HelmApr 4, 20262.0I'm so frustrated I got a lemonade and it was suppose to be sugar free and it wasn't i got to the window and the guy said we made your lemonade sugar free but we can't really make you a sugar free lemonade we dont have the syurp for that so it has a little sugar in it and I said how much sugar he said 70grams of sugar I said thats not a little thats a lot. C9me on and I also gave a tip. They should of asked me if I wanted to change my order but they just handed me my drink.
- LLLiamApr 2, 20261.0The drinks are good. Horribly designed. Cops have to direct traffic, cars flood to the small business next door leaving them no parking to customers. Cars stack up on the highway and can’t even leave or enter half of the time because it’s so stacked up. Make sure to have at least 40 minutes before you come here as you’ll have a rough time trying to get in to even get the drink and even rougher time to get out once you have your drink.

The line looked intimidating for their second day officially open, but everything went smoothly. Workers were all very nice and the drinks were amazing. We got sugar free golden eagle and a blended golden eagle. Highly recommend. We will be back!

What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
