  I’ve been to this location several times now and and I keep trying to give them chances after chance the the fryer are not getting cleaned the oil isn’t getting changed like supposed to food has never been hot always warmish I got food there today I told them no onion no tomato we have allergy in the family and the crispy chicken sandwich tasted smelled like a arm Pitt I don’t know how else to explain it or rotten onion. I’m just done with it.. it just normally in my path but I will go to ellisville instead or McDonald’s if I have to

  So, I was at the Burger King in Saint Clair Missouri and the man in a green polo shirt was cleaning tables and told us someone will be with us in a moment. This young sweet girl was running orders taking orders.. you name it she was doing it. My mother in law asked for cheese and double check if there was cheese on her whopper. She confirmed. Well we got our food and went to start eating and my mother in law went to the front because cheese wasn't put on her whopper and to purchase 2 ranch dipping sauce. The manager did ask his cook to remake her sandwich and when he walked away and out of sight they slapped cheese on it after it's been cold waiting. All she asked if they would remake that and the manager snapped. He had a bad day you can tell but this is where it all had to escalate and never should of gotten to this point. He started screaming at his employees and put his finger in the young girl face as she was trying to calm the situation by answering a simple question. Then he refused to remake her whopper and give her money back. He called the police after he was knocked down on the counter starting meanly at my mother in law. He was very irritated and no point did he try to resolve the issue without being rude and disrespectful. But this wasn't the only problem happened on Saturday. Police came and didn't resolve the issue. I loved the one girl working she provided an excellent customer service. Things need to be done better or training something cause as a manager you should t get like that with a customer nor yell and put your finger in a young girls face either.

  The manager was dealing with several things at once which delayed the order time some but he still seemed to keep his cool and seemed to have it under control. Friendly, professional, and patient. Food and service were great!

  I've been coming to this location for about 5 months now. The Manager Curtis is Always there. This man needs a day off! His customer service is the Number 1 reason I stop here to eat. He manages this place with a smile everyday I come through. Even though I'm sure some days are worst than others he still manages to provide excellent service from start to finish. Give this Man a Raise!!!

  W+ FREE whopper! Only good thing I can post. no sign to enter.Ordered online.order correct. $9+ with free whopper. Fries cooked old grease, yuk!. Onion rings r chopped processed not sliced onion. Good thing I asked for napkin or there was none. No dip sauce cept for pay. Asked for ketchup. I won't go back.
