  Easily the most unclean, unkempt Panera I've been. Visited inside on a Monday, 3/30, 5-6pm. Very few customers yet tables and floor littered with crumbs and trash, no paper towels in the restroom, microwave was disgusting, trash overflowing. Very unpleasant all around. Still only about 5 customers when we left yet zero cleaning had been done the entire hour there. 🤢

  We just ate there. Kiosk order only. Every table was dirty. Others food crumbs all over them. Food ALL Over the floor. The whole place was disgusting. I will probably never go to that location again.

  I feel like this location has declined so much in the last year. They rarely have the ingredients for what I want, regardless of what I am ordering. The quality of the food has declined as well. Things are brought in instead of being baked there, delivery is spotty and they run out of basic things very quickly. The restaurant itself seems dirty. The walls in the booths are always greasy with fingerprints and I have not noticed that they have ever been cleaned. It is just not the place it used to be and I no longer enjoy going in there. Managers come and go so frequently, there is no ownership. The staff is nice but they are limited in what they can do to help. It is obvious it is corporate owned now.

  > I would not recommend eating here again. I spoke with the manager to request assistance because they were out of liquid sugar. The most concerning part was that there were five customers waiting at the front for help, and the manager stated that at the moment there was no one available to assist anyone.

  It’s the bathrooms that are disturbing here. Outdated, rusty, urine on the folds. Gross! I don’t eat here because hygiene clearly doesn’t look to be important
