  Rude customer service. Employees don’t care about you at all. Living in a world of overpriced food you’d think a business would want to make their customers feel welcomed not here! And don’t waste your 20 cents ordering a bottle soda here they will expect you to drink from the fountain even though some people would rather not trust a fountain soda machine you don’t know how often they clean.

  2 very small portions of tuna on my salad which costs more than a foot long? At least put the protein on! I’ve heard they downsized the amount and I believe it!!

  I recently visited a Subway location and left disappointed with both the service and pricing. While the employee was polite, there was no effort to smile or create a welcoming atmosphere. What bothered me more was the lack of transparency in pricing—toppings and options were offered without clearly stating they cost extra. I ordered two subs with chips and drinks, and the total came to over $44 for two people. That’s far more than what I expected based on average pricing, and I didn’t feel like I received enough value to justify the cost. I hope future visits include more transparent communication about pricing and friendlier service.

  Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. First and foremost the worker didn’t know how much meat goes on a 12” sandwich. I asked for 4 pieces of turkey instead of 8 and I was told it came with only 4 pieces, so the management really needs to train their employees on what goes on a sandwich and the amount. Second in the middle of making the sandwich the employee began to ring the order on the register and didn’t change her gloves when I asked her to change her gloves she rolled her eyes at me. Being a former subway employee i definitely think this place either needs new staff or a better training.

  I will never eat here. I went to order a sandwich. The manager came up after wiping down the register he didn’t wash his hands. He grabbed one of the white papers that they make the sandwiches on with his bare hand and laid it on the counter. Then he pulled some used plastic gloves out of the pocket of his pants and put them on his hands. Just gross! I told him never mind, that I had changed my mind and no longer had the stomach to eat there. He is lucky that I wasn’t an inspector.
