For my order today they were missing the side items for every single meal on the order and when I let the lady know at the pickup counter she gave me a bit of an attitude over it. Edit-removed another star because one of the sandwiches only had the ingredients on it that were asked to be removed.

- SSS SOct 30, 20251.0Placed an order for rapid pick-up in the store. Arrived a few minutes after pick-up time and my name is not on the board and my food is not on the pick-up rack. After confirming this was the right location I approached the only visible worker to say my food was missing. From her look you would think I had just kicked her in the shins for having the audacity to interrupt her about my apparently missing food. How dare I! Several minutes later a different employee wanders over visibly annoyed at having to interact with me. I give him my name and he finds the bag sitting on a random counter where I as a customer would have had no visibility or access. So super convenient for a pick up order. So glad my hot food order was left inna random spot to get cold where I couldn't access it and the employees made sure I know I am a pain in their butt for trying to find it.
