The website said they were open, Apple Maps said they were open, and even the door sign listed hours until 9:00 PM. Their website let her place an order for a specific pickup time, and she even got a confirmation text saying the order was being prepped. But when we arrived, the lights were off and the doors were locked. There was no sign on the door, no post on social media, and no text from the business explaining a random closure. Google does show they close at 5:30 PM, but their own website allowed the order to go through, and their door signage said otherwise. To drive all the way there only to find the place shut down with no communication is very disappointing and feels like poor customer service. We were really looking forward to trying this place. Hopefully we’ll get the chance soon, but they definitely need to fix the communication around their hours or which employee left early.
