  Came there to buy a phone from the manager there and he was very nice and let me try some of the food there. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't of never thought to try the place but he made a customer out of me . Good place good people would go there again

  Genuinely the worst wingstop I’ve ever been to. Ordered two garlic parmesan sandwiches and they put the SMALLEST pieces of chicken on them. I’m not exaggerating, the chicken was smaller than the ranch cup it came with. Not only that, but everything was so bland. Normally wingstop has almost too much seasoning, but my sandwich could’ve been passed off as plain. Same with the fries, literally no seasoning at all. I normally don’t complain about employees but everyone in the building looked super depressed. Genuinely some off vibes, kinda spooky in there. Take the extra time to drive to a different wingstop and avoid wasting your money at this one.

  On March 6th at around 2:42 PM, I placed an order and walked into the restaurant just as three women were leaving. I sat down to wait for my food, and a few minutes later the only employee working started having a loud argument on the phone with his girlfriend. It sounded like she was upset because he had laughed at a joke the previous customers made. While making my food, he was yelling at the top of his lungs, swearing constantly, and continuing the argument. There was also an older woman and a young girl waiting for their food at the same time, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. When my food finally came out, it was not prepared correctly. My hot honey chicken dry rub was dripping with grease and the taste was completely off. On top of that, my fries were missing entirely. I had to wait much longer for the order to be fixed, and I didn’t leave until after 5 PM — far too long for a single order. I also recorded about seven minutes of video showing the employee yelling on the phone while working. I contacted customer support about the situation but have not received any response yet. the video i have is seven mins long but he did it for almost 20 maybe 15 mins just a long screaming match this is completely ridiclous and inexcussable considering i build houses for work and i want to relax and enjoy good food after a hard day

  Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and my husband walked out…. Rude counter person told me husband they WOULD NOT give us hot Cajun sauce in a cup was just one of the things! Went to the one on Mexico, and they were kind, gave us EXACTLY what we wanted… we will NEVER go back to the one on Mid Rivers and if it’s owned by someone, I hope they know how their employees treat the customers…..
