  We were charged $2 for a cup for water. We were not told this until we saw the bill. The fries were cold and rubbery. We ask the person behind the counter regarding the $2 and the fries and no one bothered to help. I will not go inside this particular Lion's Choice again.

  This place is usually great but i was just there today and someone isn't doing their job correctly. The fries were awful ! They were soggy and greasy which bummed me out because Lion's Choice usually has the best fries around. I hope this was a one time thing.

  Came in today for an early dinner for myself, the lady at the front register was very helpful. She also was very calm even though she was having a family emergency. They only had 3 people and everyone was moving around efficiently. My favorite store so far !!!

  Upon coming to the register, the employee was walking back and forth in front of us, bagging other orders, talking on her phone and did not acknowledge us. It was not until she got to the register that I realized she had a headphone phone in and confirmed she was on her phone. She then asked if I had rewards, took my number and just stared at me. Apparently I was to assume she was ready to take my order. As she took my order, there was two of us, I gave her one meal and she said “that’s all” as if to wrap up the order. But in a harsh manner. My wife ordered her food, she told us our total, and walked away talking on the phone as I paid. No “thank you” , no “we will have that right up” ……….NOTHING! Then when my food was ready, I was already standing at the counter, she turned to say my name, saw me, and said “oh your right there” and proceeded to just toss my food down towards me. And of course, continued on her way on her phone. This took place at least 5 more times with people after me. One lady even asked her who she was talking to and if she was on the phone. She obviously told her she was. And another couple sat down and talked about how ridiculous it was as well. I am not one to typically complain, but this was THE most unprofessional experience I have ever had!

  Went for lunch and didn’t disappoint. Food was hot and fresh and the staff seemed happy which is rare when you go into a lot of fast food places. Wait was a little bit longer but they did seem busier i waited longer to have order taken than i waited for food so I’m not mad about it. Will definitely return to this location!
