- SSSharon SNov 16, 20251.0A TRUE DISAPPOINTMENT! As a frequent Arby's patron, I decided to try a Jamocha shake for the first time. What a true disappointment! According to the Arby's menu, a Jamocha shake is: "The flavors of chocolate and coffee were made to go together. And humans were made to drink milkshakes. We took these two undeniable truths and created our famous Jamocha Shake. It's a frosty, chocolate-y, coffee-y treat." What is received was neither the flavor of chocolate or of coffee, nor did it resemble the photo on the menu. What I received was a shake with a single note flavor of sweet only- zero flavor as described, not even vanilla flavored. I should have been tipped off that something was wrong immediately by the appearance of what I was given. Unlike on the menu, my item was pale- no colors resembling chocolate or coffee whatsoever. At first I thought perhaps it was just not mixed thoroughly, but no, as I continued to search for flavor, there was none to be found- just a flat sweet flavor. If the location was out of the Jamocha flavor mix, they should have informed me of that and I would have gladly ordered something else. Whatever I was served, was NOT a Jamocha shake. I could not even finish it. I unfortunately had to throw it away. A TRUE DISAPPOINTMENT.
