I was so excited to see that we had gotten an Einstein bagel in the area! Not sure if since it’s new they’re still working out the kinks, but a 15+ minute wait on 2 bagels and cream cheese is ridiculous. We’ll probably just stick with scooters for our Saturday breakfast and coffee.

3 of us came in Friday morning around 830-9 AM. It was a bit busy but we really didn’t wait that long for our food and drinks. Between the three of us, we ordered two bagels (not toasted), a strawberry strudel, a strawberry banana smoothie, an iced coffee and a twice baked hashbrown. I really liked the twice baked hashbrown and my son loved his smoothie. Everything else was good too but there wasn’t anything that made it stand out from other places so it’s a bit overpriced in my opinion. The staff was friendly and everyone was professional. There are a few tables and chairs inside so having the dine in option was nice, the space is limited though so be prepared to take it home if they’re really busy.

I got the chorizo sunrise that was delicious. The staff in the front on the 14th were not welcoming. Didn't greet anyone didn't help people understand where the line was since there were so many people waiting for orders and when I gave my name for my order I kept getting asked if there was an H in it and I didn't comprehend at 1st because she was saying it so fast so I spelled out my name just in case that's what she was referring to and she said it again and my son said no H and she goes that's what I was asking with an attitude. I understand y'all have been super busy since y'all opened up but I felt that was completely rude and uncalled for. I'd rather order and pickup next time not to have to deal with the employees if that's how they speak to you. Hopefully it gets better

I had two separate issues with orders at this location and the experience was extremely disappointing. The first order was made incorrectly, and instead of fixing the mistake, I was still charged $14 for the order I actually placed and never received correctly. There was no effort made to correct the situation. The second incident involved a very rude employee. I ordered a turkey sandwich bagel at 10:57 a.m., which most restaurants consider close enough to lunch service and one of the employees loudly complained about having to make something before her lunch time. She wasn’t even the employee preparing the order. On top of that, she was belittling another employee about the trash cans in front of customers. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to staff arguing and complaining about customers within earshot. Employees should either lower their voices or keep those conversations private. This was a frustrating experience due to both poor service and unprofessional behavior.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but today’s experience unfortunately deserves honest feedback. I had my three kids with me and the language being used behind the counter was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, especially in front of families. The one bright spot was the male district shift lead, who handled himself professionally and seemed to be the only person keeping things somewhat together. Operationally there are some major issues that need attention. With only three tables available, the dining setup already feels limited, and on weekends both registers absolutely need to be open. The line was wrapped around the building while one register sat unused. The pickup area for DoorDash and other delivery services is also poorly organized, causing drivers to constantly run into guests trying to order or pick up food. To make matters worse, our order was wrong and when we brought it up we were told it would be about a 20-minute wait just to correct it. I truly hope management takes a serious look at these issues because with the right structure and leadership this place could be much better.
