As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- JOJim OliverMar 19, 20261.0Congratulations. You have persuaded me to NEVER eat at a Rally's again. I drove past a Raising Cane and Chic Fil A to go to the Rally's on Page late Wednesday night. It was out of my way. I was looking for some variety. "Why not a burger from Rallys?" So I drove out of my way late at night (11pm) To you Rally's I placed my order. When I got to the window, the lady at the window aske me if my order was the one with two spicy chicken paddies and a small hamburger? I said no. She then asked if mine was the order for a 1 Original with bacon, lemonaide, and an apple pie. I said yes. She gave me my drink, took my credit card. Gave my receipt and a bag full of food. I drove off Way down the road I pulled over to eat. Imagine my surprise when I found the bag did NOT contain my order..... I got the two spicy chicken paddied and ths small burger. WHAT? I was starved. I was not about to drive back to correct my order. So I ate the food in the bag. I was awful. How can your company serve other humans such grease filled crap. It cant be healthy for you and it certainly did not have a pleasant flavor, mouth feel, or anything going for it. If I could buy stock in your company I'd SHORT the stock. THere is not way you guys can stay in business if your serve crappy tasting food AND you get the simple orders wrong. How much training does it take to train people get the order right?

It says they close at 1am Monday morning but I tried going through the drive-thru at exact 12:06am and sat at the ordering menu right under 10 minutes when finally someone says through the speaker that they are closed since midnight! Then at least go online and change your stupid hours to your correct hours of operation!
