  I went for lunch around 12:15pm today & noticed how trashed the lobby & heating table where they prepare the food was. Everything on the heating table was either old or out. The male cook was flustered & had a horrible attitude. Neither of the cashiers were welcoming & had attitudes as well. So I opted not to eat here at all today. I went to Chipotle instead.

  Ordered food on Doordash... First they didnt send silverware to eat the food with... By the time I ran around the hotel and found some the food was cold... Then realized there was no rice in the bowl... So I called the store to talk to them and in the middle of explaining my situation they hung up on me... DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

  Many things were wrong. I came to this location during tbe buy one get one and they never acknowledged those of us who were waiting to order and when he did he said online orders come first since they paid and kept pulling them from the printer still never giving those of us who stood there over 20 minutes a chance to order. None of them had on hair need and his locs were dangling and swinging over the food as he was making it. Unprofessional and unsanitary. Other locations take those who are walk ins in between online orders not just let them stand there until they announce they are out of rice and that it will be an additional 40 to 45 minutes wait in top of already waiting 30 minutes to be acknowledged.

  I don’t normally write google reviews but had to share this.I am standing in line waiting for them to cook the rice. I make eye contact with the employee cook who actively stuck his hand, no gloves, in the bowl of rice and lick it off to see if it was done cooking. No shame, just licked his hand. He went right back to cooking without washing his hands or anything. Absolutely disgusted, I immediately left. Don’t go here.

  The line is absolutely disgusting, with sauce, meat, and veggies all over the place, mixing and coating every ladle and bottle. The on site manager began berating an employee at the register in front of me for missing chips as part of a prior order. When the employee attempted to ask questions, the manager cut her off rudely and loudly going “ah, no” like a child. While this was happening and slowing down the busy store, a cook was out front smoking right next to the only unlocked entrance. He returned inside and began touching food and utensils without washing his hands after smoking and without gloves. Worst QDoba I’ve ever seen and top worst restaurants in general. Dear god, save yourself and do not go here; the mismanagement is incredibly obvious.
