One bowl was missing beef and queso entirely. The second bowl had absolutely no flavor 🤮🤮 no seasoning, no queso, nothing. Just bland ingredients thrown together. To top it off, both bowls were cold. The lack of quality control, attention to detail, and basic care is honestly shocking. I spent $25 on two meals that were incomplete, flavorless, and cold. I tried calling the restaurant to address it and no one even answered. If this is how online orders are handled, something seriously needs to change. Extremely disappointing experience. Do better!
