  This, Jimmy Johns is a hot mess. I came at lunch when they are super busy and found that their system for getting people their sandwiches is to holler out the type of sandwich. Half the time you can’t even hear what they’re saying. This lead to a bunch of people taking each others sandwiches when they order the same thing and waiting 15-20 minutes to get a sandwich. They put mine together sloppily because they were in a rush, gave me the wrong sandwich after finding someone, who just arrived, took mine. I have never seen a Jimmy Johns run like this. It is not the standard. Someone needs to get in there and fix this craziness. I tried to offer some advice. A few of the workers dismissed me. A few didn’t respond and one said that they don’t make the decision on how things are run…

  I always get a sandwich after a haircut (they're in the same strip mall). I love Jimmy John's and they're very consistent with food quality, so that's five stars automatically. This place is clean, freaky fast, and the staff always seem to be friendly. Beach Club or Italian Night Club all day!

  In terms of the food, if you like Jimmy Johns sandwiches, then you'll be satisfied. The quality of the sandwiches is consistent. I wanted to shout out to the workers at this Jimmy Johns, they are super polite, welcoming, and get you your order fast. I live nearby so I go here quite a bit and they have some of the best customer service of any fast food restaurant I've been to.

  Very little turkey on my $10 beach club sandwich. Theres no way this is 900 calories.

  Always takes over 30-60 mins to deliver less than 4 minutes away no matter what time of day. Driver is obviously in no hurry when approaching my building. Sandwich is never customized correctly and always lukewarm when it arrives.
