I used to come here all the time but it’s gone way downhill over the last couple months - average 15-20 minutes to pick up an online order inside or sit in the drive through when it actually works.

I've ordered from this location multiple times but the last three times have been the worst experience.I will never go back. The first time my food didn't arrive at all, then the second time my food took over an hour to arrive, and today my order took 2 hours to arrive and when it finally did the food was cold and incorrect. Don't bother calling to check on your order either because the staff could not care less and make ZERO effort to give any information at all, let alone offer any form of an apology for the inconvenience. My lunch break was long over before my food arrived. Very disappointing as I was starving. Hope no one else has to experience this waste of money (wish I could take my 20% tip back too). This company might promote itself as "Freaky Fast" but you can get much faster delivery with better food elsewhere.

Freaky fast my ass. Waited over 20 minutes for my mobile order. People walked in and order and it was ready before mine. Like 8 people order and left.

If I could give no stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered Jimmy Johns to be delivered to where we were staying for the weekend. It took over an hour to get to us. I called to ask if they could check on when it would come, all I got was "He's in route." and then hung up. So I waited and it still didn't show. Then I called again and I was put on hold and they never came back. Finally the food did arrive, but only partial. No drinks, missing ingredients(on a 2 ingredient sandwich), missing sandwich, and missing condiments. So I called again to speak to the manager and ask for a refund. I was put on hold BY THE MANAGER for 15 minutes and they didn't come back. I hung up and called again using a different phone and suddenly they answered. I told them about being on hold, they laughed and told all their coworkers while still on the phone with me. So incredibly rude! I asked for a manager again she said she was and would refund me then hung up. I have since not received my refund. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and employees. Whoever owns this restaurant might want to think twice about who they hire and who is representing them.

Don’t come here if you’re hungry! I came here on three different occasions .. one day they had no workers, the next day no bread & after that no turkey they just need to close down.
