Torey R.(from the receipt) earned each and everyone of the stars here. She was thorough, happy, efficient- and made sure I was getting what I wanted. The store itself, very clean, well lit- almost spartan. A few other people picking up food and eating in. I ordered to go and the wait was not long at all. 5 items in the order and all were accurate. It’s been a year or more since I’ve eaten food from “fiveguys” and my memory has the food better than today’s experience. The fries today were soft, almost wet- and the BLT was “ok” at best. the Strawberry shake was good and the Grilled Cheese was simple and perfect. Torey’s enthusiasm was more memorable than the food though, she carried the experience and earned every star. Whoever hired her….. -well done. There was another young lady(didn’t see her name) not as tall as Torey, but her smile was just as big when she called my number and handed me my order. If their attitude reflects leadership, Leadership is doing well! (Long review for a burger place-but Torey and her teammate made the experience great and should be recognized-if only in a review.)

I have to give a shout out to that young man with the blonde hair. I believe he said his name was Keegan. He goes above and beyond for his customers and is friendly, charming and charismatic. You guys need to keep that young man. He is so polite and courteous! Hard to find a boy with those manners these days! That kid deserves a raise!

The food and employees hit an all time low. Burgers overcooked. Fries were pulled too soon and starchy. Asked for one thing and got another. Been a customer for 5 years … today I’m done.

I talked my husband into taking us here because he had never been and my very first time going to one in Texas was a great experience. But, unfortunately, this was a horrible experience! The food was horrible. There is absolutely NO form of customer service whatsoever, not even when it comes to needing help ordering off of their stupid screen. Which is the ONLY way to order here! The drinks from the drink machine were extremely limited as to what was "still" available and they were watered down tasting! They were gross!

Their employees think it's funny and cute to purposefully screw up your carry out order. Ordered a burger with mustard only and guess what? It was totally smothered in ketchup.
