Ordered my typical meal here, garlic parmasean boneless wings and a large fry, and that night they were out of fries. Was given spicy corn instead, which I do not like. Asked if I could get a refund instead, and was told to come in tomorrow when a manager could get in. I come in the next day, and the young woman that was the cashier shut down any conversation i tried to have. Then, she loudly complained about me asking about a refund, like the man I talked to yesterday said I should do. She gave me a free small fry and just completely ignored me after the fact. I just kinda stand there confused, and left after a second of processing what happened. I have not really had worse service in my life, which is why I’m taking the time to write a review. I have bad experiences at basically any wingstop, but I’m very relaxed and their food was good enough for me to not care. But this was so bad that I had to write a review about my time here, and I have not had Wingstop ever since this incident a few months ago.

Placed an uber eats order for just fries, veggies and ranch that took 30 minutes. The lady at the counter told me they had dropped the order or something, so they didn't start till way later. She was pleasant enough but the serve was overall subpar for being quite dead

No CO2 for the soft drinks and a refund contingent on the counter woman’s word that she’ll let the (absentee) manager know. No receipt. Then I get home and the sandwich is inedible. Rubbery and tough. Definitely cooked long before I even ordered it. A customer service number that takes Sherlock Holmes - level sleuthing to find finally led to me waiting 5 - 7 business days for a refund. In 2025!! Never again.

I absolutely love this Wingstop. I travel from my house which is closer to Jefferson to this location because I've always had great service and good food. Well yesterday, the food seemed to be overcooked. I called and didn't get an answer so I proceeded to fill out the contact us form. Today I received a call from Ms. Nikkie and she was amazing, she apologized and replaced the whole order. When I came in she said I remember handing you your order. This was pretty amazing and I'll definitely keep coming to this location.
