1/10/2026 Absolutely awful service! As a Doordash guy, they weren't going in order and lying to the system stating it was completed when it wasn't even started. The lobby had 2 people in it and there were at least 20 people waiting for call in orders that stated they were complete on the app or dasher app. Unacceptable! I will NEVER take another order from this location. Oh and they were blaring vulgar and inappropriate rap music so loud you couldn't have a conversation in the store. Fire them all!

Came around 10pm for Dine In. The worker was friendly and a lot of help but I noticed that both the cashier, who was also doing orders, and the cook in the back were not wearing gloves or hair nets. I didn’t see them wash their hands at all, and the one worker had super long hair which could’ve gotten/touched other orders, which is totally unacceptable. There were a few instances where customers came in with order complications/questions and the male cook was quite rude to them, shunning their responses and giving them attitude. On top of it all, the music was VERY LOUD AND VULGAR. If you have kids and are wanting to sit down, this is not the place for you. Overall, the food was okay, wait times were long, and service was rude.

Nicole was the only Employee working. And she was still the BEST customer service I have ever had before. She was making to-go & in store orders all by herself with a smile on her face. That lady needs a promotion.

I did an online order that said it would take 5-9 minutes. I made one more stop beforehand and then went in. My food wasn’t done but it was extremely busy (inside and online orders on the screen), but George and his coworker were rocking it and getting orders out. I had to wait a bit longer, but they were getting them out fast, esp for how busy it was! Also the food was so good, they didn’t cut any corners. If anything, the app should better reflect pickup times based on how busy it is.
