  Pinto beans and cheese is always been my favorite from Taco Bell. The ones I received last night were barely edible. We’re on fixed income so I couldn’t just toss them out. I paid for extra cheese and extra sour cream and what I received was almost unrecognizable. It looked like just some something that you can’t recognize scooped from the bottom of a pot that’s been cooking and heating all day and dried out. I don’t see how they can with conscious serve this to anybody. Needless to say I’m not wanting to go back to Taco Bell anytime soon.

  On multiple occasions, this place has got the order wrong in multiple ways. Told us they don’t have something. Forgotten cheese. Made something with meat even though it was supposed to be vegetarian. I’ve been hung up on by employees. I’ve been ignored in the drive thru line. I do not understand why this location even opened. Tonight my partner waited over two hours for food because the manager had to come out to fix the fryer. Two hours for fast food, store can’t provide refund because their Taco Bell mobile app is third party.

  I came to this taco bell to bring my daughter for an interview,so had her wait and went in 1st to check it out. I ordered chicken strips didn't know they had until I asked and all I can say is seen a team effort on information and service i was really really satisfied with all around service. Well done and the others need to learn from this team. I'll be back for another visit im on the notlrthside but it was well worth the drive.

  I avoid this location like the plague. Every single time they cannot get it right. Every single time you have to jump through hoops. Tonight you had to get out of your car and order at a kiosk because they are short staffed. Are you kidding me? I will never come back to this location. I have made the mistake of coming back far too often already.

  I’d give 0 stars if I could. Me and my friend pulled up to this location to get a late night snack and mind you, it was at 10pm we tried going to this location. The guy over the headset claims that they are only taking DoorDash orders which doesn’t make any sense first of all and then secondly he had asked us what our mobile order was AFTER the fact that he said he was only taking DoorDash orders. He also claimed that there was no manager on the floor, and I work in the food industry and that just isn’t true. There always has to be a manager in the building and if there isn’t then that’s a really unorganized and unprofessional location. So then we just said okay and then pulled around to the parking lot to put our order in for a different location and we looked in the restaurant and it had about 4 bags sitting on the counter waiting to get picked up and the crew has headphones on and is on their phones. Very unsatisfied, and very unprofessional, just had to share this experience with everyone to make sure they don’t go to the kingshighway location, don’t even waste your time.
