Was just passing through St. Louis and saw a review for this place. Hands down the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had. Worth the stop and love the food court vibe it is in! I got the blackberry pesto sandwich and I will be thinking about it often. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Jackson made the most epic grilled cheese I’ve ever had. He said it was his Magnus Opus but I think it was better than that. You have to try a sandwich from this amazing spot. It will not disappoint.

I think the menu needs more options but the ones they have are delicious.

Food was not very good small portions and for 2 people to eat was $70. I would not go back it wasn't busy and the food took a long time. The staff wasn't very friendly either. I should have spend my money elsewhere in here. I believe this is the worst bang for you buck compared to the other options in here.

I ordered the "War Figs," and I was pleasantly surprised. I figured it would be good (bacon, marscapone, fig jam....hard to mess that combo up.) I ended up being really impressed with it The sandwich was served quick and the ingredients were all obviously fresh. The prices weren't bad, definitely in line with most local sandwiches. If you are in The Foundry it's a solid choice with good portion sizes.
