The customer service was horrible. We made reservations for 8pm it was my friends birthday. She has been looking forward to this dinner because she loves watching his shows. We had a bad experience and it ruined our whole trip. We came to St Louis to try this restaurant. We had to ask for someone to take our order. After taking our order some of the girls I was with waited over 30minutes for there drinks. We had to ask multiple servers where the drink and our server was at. Eventually we got our food. 1 of us asked for the sauce on the side. They gave her the food with the sauce in it. She wasn't able to eat the food because the sauce was too peppery for her. The waitress told her sorry they are busy back there. They took $14 off a $60 meal she couldn't enjoy due to their mistake. The waitress was ignoring us. When someone took my food to bag it up. They never brought it back and all i was told was sorry we don't know where it went. I had lots of food left over and I'm pretty upset that they waisted all my food and money and offered nothing to me. They have horrible service. And i know Ramsay would not approve. The place was pretty and the couple of bites that i did get to eat were very good, but the waste of money was not worth it.

Great staff great spot. Everyone was welcoming and polite. Very pleasant. Then the food came, ribs are okay but dry. Steak frites were disappointing. Truffle fries were not even as good as steak and shake fries, cold, no salt, hard. scallops were excellent. Even though hospitality and ambiance were wonderful it can’t make up for subpar food from a big name like this. Good first experience. Won’t be returning.

One of the worst restaurants in Missouri. Terrible staff, terrible management, terrible food. Beef Wellington was way overcooked and no one cared. Server didn’t know how to close out the bill correctly then tried arguing that it was done correctly when it wasn’t. Way better restaurants to spend your money at.

Dined at Ramsey's Kitchen for Uncle Abe's ninety-seventh birthday. The Four Seasons is stunning, and the restaurant's vibe is near perfect. A live gala nearby made seating a bit chaotic at first, and the music drowned out conversation, but once we were settled, everything clicked. Our server was on point-great table awareness, sharp attention to detail, though she spoke a tad fast and dove into the menu a little abruptly. The chair dragged on the carpet, making it tough to scoot back, but that's minor. Food? Sticky cauliflower was unreal, scallops were spot-on, the wedge salad (pre-cut for sharing) was fresh, fish and chips were crispy perfection, and sticky pudding for dessert was a sweet finish. Service felt like a well-oiled machine-staff poured water, stayed tidy, and kept up effortlessly. Google's four-star rating is criminal; this was a five-star night. Highly recommend!

What better way to celebrate a milestone, than with food. I went to Ramsay's Kitchen to celebrate.
We started the meal off with two appetizers. The first one was STICKY CAULIFLOWER - Korean bbq glaze, sesame scallion, cilantro. If I could get cauliflower to taste like this all the time, my veggie game would be on the rise. Do not shy away from this because it's "just another way to fix cauliflower". It is crisp and the flavor is so good!
Second starter was BEETS & BURRATA - horseradish buttermilk, chimichurri sunflower-pepita dukkah. The beats were good and the burrata very creamy. Not sure I would opt for this again, there are other options for starters that I would try - like the tuna tartare.
For the main course I opted for the JUMBO LUMP CRAB CAKE BENEDICT - poached egg, english muffin, hollandaise. A large amount of crab, lightly breaded, the egg poached very well. Would like a tad bit more hollandaise, but would order again. It came with a side of potatoes that were smashed and fried, YUM.
The other main at the table was the BEEF WELLINGTON - potato purée, glazed baby root vegetables, red wine demi served medium rare. There is a reason why it is one of the signature mains, the beef practically melted in our mouth. The potato purée was smooth and buttery. Glad we splurged and celebrated with the Wellington.
I took a STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING WITH CARAMEL SAUCE & ICE CREAM to go, and the ice cream made it home without melting. The restaurant has a bakery inside its kitchen and they make their own ice cream - drool! I had the vanilla bean.
Staff were amazing, our waitress Kiele was attentive and helped make decisions on what she felt we would like between options we had picked out. Everyone was helpful and nice, who engaged with the patrons.
Have a reason to celebrate or a special date coming up? Look into Ramsey's Kitchen, you will not be disappointed.
