  Came by at 3 AM to pickup an Uber Eats order employee was rude stating they closed at 3 instead of 4 which was the posted time online and on the window yet the kitchen screen said closed we accepted the order at 2:30 AM Employee looked high and made me feel uncomfortable and walked away cutting me off closing the window

  Last night around 11 o’clockPM I ordered online on the app 10 wings and a pick 2. When I get there it was 3 employees total including I guess was the manager. It took about 10 mins to even see me at the window for service but that’s not even the bad part. He handed me my pick 2 but no wings. When I got my food everyone ran to back so I had to knock on the window for a good 5 mins. The dude came back I told him you forgot my wings and he tells me that don’t have no sauce. So I said can I get something to replace that then? He said there’s nothing he can do. I said can I get a refund? Again saying there’s nothing he can do. After that another employee came and handed me a different receipt spoke really fast and shut the window. So I still have my receipts from last night but right now my phone is off so I didn’t call cooperate. I will never return to this location and probably doubt going to any location for now on.

  Horrible location every time I go after 7pm they state it’s pick up only . I thought it was a fast food restaurant NOT A PIZZA SPOT. If you want a good burger spot go to Wendy’s they will require you to do everything online here

  When it comes to Central West End you can definitely count on crappy service and people. We waited 30 minutes to be given a bag that wasn't even ours, and when I addressed it I was told there was no manager available to handle it. The girl that was working on Vandeventer had your typical never will amount to anything great St Louis ratchet attitude which made me go straight to Chouteau where I dealt with the sweetest young lady. Her attitude was so refreshing on Chouteau, I couldn't help but to leave that young lady a tip after experiencing this location

  Came through this location about hour and half before they closed and ordered 2 large fries and the strawberry cheesecake bites. This was about $19 after tax rounded up. So after the transaction she asks if we could back up behind the red pole with a sly looking grin on her face. Wait 15 minutes and pull back up to the window and everybody just disappeared? Are yall running a ghost operation here and taking peoples money and they food. That’s just wrong. Always something happening at Rally’s and it’s not cute.
