As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- R4Rebel 4202 days ago1.0Pick up is on the other side very inconvenient when there’s only one person in the car they aren’t very friendly, when you pick up you have to drive around to the other side, even though they can easily give you the order. Some dirty guy came to the window and he went and got my order. This place is slow and I don’t know how clean they are on the inside, but I will be sure to go to a different location. For this place to be in the neighborhood that it’s in you’d think that they’d do better but I guess the owners don’t really care as long as they make their money.

Likely just a management issue of refusing to properly staff, but regardless - avoid if you want timely and consistent experiences.
