I usually don't mind, as the staff is very nice, and the food is usually very good. However today was the last straw for me -- I will never be coming back here again. I came in at 11 for my usual pickup, and they told me it would be 10-15 minutes. Not a problem. They even gave me a free drink for waiting, which I appreciated. I ended up waiting 40 minutes before I finally spoke up, and they told me that it would not be ready in the 20 minutes I had left of my lunch break. So not only was I lied to, but I had to wait for 40 minutes, wasting my lunch break, leaving me with no time to get anything else, so now I cannot eat until I get off work this evening.

- AZA ZDec 17, 20251.0Recently Qdoba on 6417 Chippewa St, STL had a secret 50% off 3-Cheese Nachos: when a longtime loyal customer went in and ordered(unaware of the sale), they were purposely incorrectly rung up ( because the computer was already programmed to immediately discount the transaction. (See Receipt). When the customer requested a reduction, the Manager was very abrupt and continued to “backtalk” for 30 minutes. Again, they purposely sabotaged the transaction; to avoid honoring the random discount. ***12/26/25: I promptly received an apology and the Issue was completely resolved. The corporate office is wonderful ***.
