  Delicious banh mi! I love to get the combo with the Vietnamese iced coffee. It’s so good! Everyone is so friendly, and the space is very clean and nice. Online ordering via their app is super easy too.

  We ordered 4 house specialties for the table and shared…egg rolls, crab Rangoon chicken wings and a ramen half n half corn dog…all 4 dishes were disappointing at best. Greasy, flavorless and over cooled was the evening theme. Few customers. Too quiet except for the too loud music. Too expensive. Poor quality. No bueno. Can’t recommend .

  On its own, the ramen tastes simple, no richness. The ingredients are however, fresh and delicious. I wish I would have remembered to get some to go sauces with my takeout order. I think it would have been perfect if I did.

  Food was ok, service was slow and I had to ask for my drink after the food was delivered. Staff acted as if we were an interruption.

  I usually go to Hi Tea in the Loop for boba tea, but they are closed. So, I’ve been coming here despite the fact that I’ve had uncomfortable experiences with the owner both at her nail shop and unfortunately at the restaurant (when she is present). This last experience at the restaurant was disappointing. When the owner is around in her businesses, the environment is somewhat hostile or awkward. Yesterday I ordered from their website and as the website suggested on the confirmation page, I went inside 20 minutes later to grab it. When I arrived, I was underwhelmed to see the owner but played it cool and smiled. When I got to the register, I let her know that I had a pick up order and guess what “somehow” they didn’t notice my order came through. I initially knew that it was another passive aggressive move because there is no way I can keep having these experiences when she, THE OWNER, is involved. Luckily, I had my phone on me to show proof because if I didn’t, then I really feel like she would’ve tried to play it off and I would’ve lost $45. She is the type of person where if her employees did the same thing, they would have been berated. I have seen it. Mind you, I’m still calm. I simply request a refund because I’ve already sat in the car waiting for 15 minutes. She told me to sit down and my order would be ready in 5 minutes. I felt pranked and I also didn’t want to be in public so I decided to just go back out to my car and wait bc I wasn’t going to give her the satisfaction of disappointing me again, playing in my face or get caught lacking-looking a hot ahh mess in public. 10 to 15 minutes later I sent my daughter inside to grab the food. She gets back to the car and we just drive away. As we’re driving away she notices the strawberry jelly for her boba tea was missing. And when we got home, she noticed the sweet chile sauce for her corn dog was missing. Unbelievable. We just wanted to run out for a quick bite of take out and ended up fighting for our lives to remain in a good mood. Leaving the house is annoying now. Should have had it delivered.
