The worker was having a hard time running the register because of her long fake nails, when typing in orders not to mention it took 5 minutes that no one was taking orders prior. They were more worried about drive thru instead of inside. I asked how long for my burrito meal and her statement was when its ready.

When my husband had to go in to get a refund, Multiple people were walking out for the same reason. We received no explanation on why it was taking so long. I watched someone wait the same amount of time for four coffees... ZERO STARS. we will not be visiting this McDonalds ever again.
