I think the 3.5 stars is more indicative of the fact that they work next to 'high-powered' lawfirms and corporate offices. I would assume the attorneys and other office workers may be more critical than they should be. As a downtown regular (and as someone who can be hard on restaurants when warranted), I'd say that score is misleading and worth disregarding honestly. This place is great.
