  Ordered 3 sandwiches online and picked up in drive thru. They said nothing about being out of tomatoes. I ordered 2 turkey Tom's and a Vito and NONE of them had tomatoes. And they wonder why people are not eating out or coming back to these places and supporting them as much...

  SO SLOW. An hour and a half for delivery right down the street and over 20 mins plus in the drive thru. NO FREAKY FAST HERE.

  We have tried this JJs many times. It is the opposite of so fast you’ll freak. It’s painfully painfully slow. We were excited to have one close to our house but cannot continue to have such tragic experiences.

  Waited 15 minutes in drive thru for the worker to fix the stapler to staple my receipt to the bad. Bad service. Bad attitudes. Other Jimmy John's are much better I'm sure. Just not this one
