    I placed an online order for a toasted sandwich and paid $5 for delivery. I always tip my driver in cash, but this experience was frustrating. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The delivery time kept getting pushed back—from 11:45 to noon, then 12:15, and finally 12:58—while online it showed the order was being delivered by someone on a bike. When I called the store to check, I learned they now use Uber drivers instead of their own delivery staff. The employee offered to either refund my money or remake the sandwich—but could not guarantee if or when someone would pick it up. The interaction was not friendly and came across as rude. Overall, the service was confusing and disappointing, and the store staff were unhelpful in providing a timely solution. If you cannot ensure delivery, it should not be offered as a service, and I don’t think it’s appropriate to call yourselves “freaky fast.” I’m saddened that what should have been a simple lunch turned into such a stressful experience, and I hope the store can improve their delivery process for the future.

    Customer service is awful, they seemed confused. They are kinda passive aggressive and definitely not friendly. I paid $3.50 for a potato salad that they forgot to add. Would recommend trying a different Jimmy John's. The size of the side does not match the price.

    I was double charged for my 2 sandwiches, the cashier said it was her error and it would fall off my charges within 2 weeks. We waited and it did not. I addressed it w the store manager and he called his gm and they said they would call me tomorrow... when they have time. no accountability.poor service and basically theft. The manager completely blames the gm. Update.. gm stated they would have to discuss it w the owner.. ultimately hung up on me. Im sure the owner will just give me the run around and say they have to call their spouse or maybe jimmy john himself
