  Doordash, Grubhub and Uber Eats orders are usually ready soon after I arrive to pick up and deliver.

  Waited an hour for a delivery order, called in and said they just didn't have any drivers and no one from their 3rd party ubereats system would pick any up. Didn't think to call us and tell us about this and did not seem to care that no drivers were delivering food. Maybe don't contract out food delivery if "subs so fast you'll freak" is your whole business model

  My wife and I routinely eat at Jimmy John's on Baptist Church road prior to seeing a movie at Ronnie's theater. Most times it's a pleasant and tasty experience . Today we were especially impressed by the excellent customer service from our order taker Brittany. She is an asset to JJ and as a frequent customer we really appreciate her professionalism, good humor and courteous demeanor. It reflects well on JJ.

  My experience here started out about 3:40 when I called to order a sandwich via phone. I proceed to wait 20 minutes to get the food delivered only to find out that the order was incorrect. I then had to replace the order and wait another 40 minutes for my food before canceling the order because of the unpleasant wait .

  All our roast beef sandwiches were all fat. When we ordered mayo they said "The mayo is in the bag" we went to eat it and there wasn't any. I don't recommend it to anyone
