  Took 1.5 hours for delivery. Delivery from 10 mins away should not take 1.5 hours without notifying the customer of the delay prior to placing the order.

  Waited an hour for a delivery order, called in and said they just didn't have any drivers and no one from their 3rd party ubereats system would pick any up. Didn't think to call us and tell us about this and did not seem to care that no drivers were delivering food. Maybe don't contract out food delivery if "subs so fast you'll freak" is your whole business model
