  They clearly do not read orders and Its annoying. It also does not help that the manager is so nonchalant about anything you say. I'm not sure what happened at this location, but they have gone all the way down to not even caring anymore.

  Literally never go or order from this jimmy johns. I've never waited less than an hour for delivery and I've never ordered from somewhere that was more than a mile away. Also, the last time I went into the store they charged me for two sandwiches, (i only ordered one) and then only gave me one sandwich as well. Luckily I realized it and they gave me my money back but really, that should never happen.
