Sent my daughter up to the store 2 hours after I ordered because no one would pick up the phone. They told her it had just left the store. We waited another 2 hours and gave up. The tracker said order was completed 30 minutes after the order was put in. The next day the manager told me to hang on while she looked up my order. I held on the line for 1 hour and 12 minutes and finally hung up. Shewouldnt answer the phone after that. I called the corporate office, was told someone would look into it. We are nearly 3 weeks after and I've not heard a word. My rewards were never refunded and I will drive BFE before I order from that store again.

Ive contacted customer support and was told someone would look intimidating it and email me. So I'm just beat out of my money right? Nah im gonna get my money back and then some tomorrow.
