Not sure how that happens. After he FINALLY found the hotel, he was so rude to us. We don’t care at this point because we just want our food. We get to our room and our food is incorrect AND cold because it took an hour and a half to get here when the location is 7 mins away… btw we ordered two sausage/pepperoni pizzas. We called the location to ask for a refund and with a rude tone he said, “did you touch it?” We will have a driver come get it” uhhh not if it takes another hour and a half to get to us we won’t. Don’t order from here. The people are ignorant and the food will be wrong and cold by the time you get it! Spend the money and get ya some Imo’s ;)

While I understand they may be short on drivers, I do think there needs to be a way for each store to indicate it so that the customer can decide whether or not they are willing to wait the actual amount of time it would take. If I had known it was going to take over an hour I would have ordered from another dominos, or from another restaurants entirely.
