Worst experience I have ever had. Waited 1 hour for food after ordering. My wife got hers. After 1 1/2 hour, mine had not arrived, so we left a $20 and went elsewhere. We are still confused about the disastrous experience.

Came in on a Friday evening. Guy at the front door was seating us in the back of the restaurant by the bathroom. I asked for something closer to the front and was told I had to take it. Only one table was bussed.

I ordered pick up and had to wait 45 minutes past the pick up time given when working and having a limited time for lunch. While I love the food I never get anything on time.

Great location and good food. They have a few vegetarian options and man those portions are huge. The taste is also phenomenal, especially the taco with coleslaw. My opinion: Highly recommend 👌

I’ve worked in many bars/restaurants across the western US in my younger years, so usually I’m somewhat empathetic to the situations normally found in establishments like Condado Tacos (downtown St Louis.). No so much in this case. Myself and four others were in town and staying at a hotel directly across the street. Employees of the hotel recommended Condado to us, so the group decided to give it a try. We walk in and wait to be seated. Mind you this is early evening on a Friday night, late February. At best, 50% capacity… we get seated in the back by the crappers, when there was obvious open tables with ample seating for the 5 of us closer to the bar, but so be it, not a huge deal. Took 16 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. Again, not that busy. Once our server got there, I’ll admit, she was friendly and chipper. We figured since it took so long to get a drink order in, we’d order appetizers at the same time, thinking preemptively. 19 minutes after ordering, we got our drinks… after inquiring about our order with the bartender. 16 minutes after that, we finally got our chips, salsa and queso. Employees seemed more concerned with their phones than the paying patrons. At that point we decided there’s no chance we’re going to order actual food here, because of the time it took for a simple chips & salsa/queso order. Not to mention, the three mixed drinks our table ordered could have been served at an AA meeting. They couldn’t screw up the other 2 drink orders cause they were tequila shots & beer. I get it, this place banks on the fact that simply because of their proximity to Busch Stadium they don’t have to put effort into their product, location alone will put butts in seats, but damn, when it comes to customer service, this place takes “bad” to a new level for me. No chance I could recommend this place. Experience was so bad, I had to warn the public.
