  The food here must be so good because the service is really bad. Orders are never filled correctly, and wait time is always longer than the order confirmation. They are still operating so I think it must be the food.

  Not the worst experience ever, but will not be back to this location. There are too many options around if we decide to go to a chain restaurant. Maybe it was an off night, but it's not like they were busy. Sub-par food and service.

  Customer service show by the manger Brandon was horrible , had a good order that came to table incorrect , wasn’t touched . A different manger offered to have it remade , server told us it was take off bill ( we didn’t ask for it to be ) and was told its are policy for you to pay , so you can make a complaint if you want to , Brandon then walked off after pushed the bill closer on the table . Just pure disrespect. Don’t recommend this location.

  My boyfriend and I went here a few days ago and the experience was terrible. The girl that seated us didn't even act like she wanted to seat us she had a attitude from the get go. And then our waiter came over fast for the first time but after that was terrible he even got lost at some point for along time our food was waiting for along time. My boyfriend had to track some guy down that worked in the kitchen and beg him to even bring it out to us it was ridiculous the place was empty and we waited a hour or more for our food. We never even got a refill on our drinks. Not including the few times before we waited a hour and 20 mins for a table to be told it will be another 20 or 30 mins so we left and we gave it another try but we won't be back.

  Placed an order for pick-up for the $20 meal for 2 deal. When my husband arrived home with the order, it was missing his burger along with the drinks (so half the order). When I called they store, they were unapologetic and asked if we were going to return. When I said yes, the young lady on the phone said "ok, we can do that for you." Uh, I'd hope so.. we paid for it?? When my husband picked up the rest of his order, a "sorry" was no where to be found. While I understand things like this happen, a simple acknowledgement and apology goes a long way. We will not be returning to this establishment. It appears other reviewers have had similar experiences.
