I really enjoyed my experience. I hate I didn't take any photos. I ordered the lobster bisque soup, and as a soup lover, it was pretty decent. My main entree was lasagna. It was really good. Having tried several in the local establishments, and theirs was among the best. My server was super nice. I'd definitely return!!

I had my 60 birthday there it was one of the most worst experience I ever encountered with a restaurant in St. Louis and especially in that part of town. I had a party of 16 to help me celebrate my birthday I ordered and several other people ordered the chicken Marcella. The chicken Marcella was awful. The chicken seemed like it was a day old as if they poured it out the deep freezer and warmed it up. The sauce was not Marcella sauce. It was gravy with mushrooms. I really didn’t appreciate that experience and when I called back, the manager said you should’ve addressed it then I didn’t think it was a proper environment to address it with all those people there. my waiter Chris he did a OK job but the amount of money you got from gratuity and extra tips. I think the service should’ve been a lot better on the end of the way the food was prepared to be honest with you. I would not recommend that restaurant to anyone and from the experience that I had they probably won’t be open too much longer. Thank you and please do me a favor. Don’t experience what I experienced. Y’all have a good day.

We visited Brio to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and everything was absolutely phenomenal! 🎉 We were a group of seven, and the food was truly the best in the area — delicious from start to finish with excellent service. My whole family was delighted by the meal and the warm hospitality. A big thank you to Lindsay for making my daughter’s birthday so special and for recommending the house specialties — everything was perfect! 💕 We’ll definitely be back soon!

I was recently at Brio for my 29th birthday. Brio is my favorite place to go to for all celebrations in my life. However this most recent time I went I was just extremely disappointed. Every plate, glass cup, silverware, bowl— were all extremely dirty. Even the napkin your silverware comes in, mine had food crumbs in it when I unraveled it. I asked for a hot cup of water to soak the new silverware in they gave me to replace the dirty ones and there was food particles coming off the forks. I kept having to ask to replace everything because everything was just dirty. I tried asking for plastic-ware but I was told they were all out of plastic-ware. Every time I have come to Brio, I have never had to pay for myself, this was my first time paying for my own meal and I quickly realized how overly priced Brio is. The food is great, seasoned and cooked very well, never had any issue with that but you receive extremely small portions that aren’t fulfilling at all. You have to order more food just to feel fulfilled. I always get the Ravioli mushroom pasta dish but this time I asked for extra to be added because I was hungry and the dish only comes with 6 ravioli pasta noodles. I hadn’t ate all day and it’s my favorite dish. I was told they couldn’t give me extra, I had to basically buy two plates and my total came out to $63 and some change…in this economy— they were not accommodating in any kind of way. Furthermore, all I wanted for dessert was their red velvet cake but I told they no longer serve the red velvet cake and that’s the only thing I was looking forward to. The dessert options were extremely small portions for a high price. I decided not to get any dessert but just get the free “birthday” dessert which is brownies at the bottom of a really huge glass topped with ice cream, whip cream and sprinkles. It was okay not really something I wanted nor was pleased with. I really wish they would bring back their red velvet cake, it was actually the only thing they have that was served as a nice big portion. Lastly, the food here is good, however, be prepared to spend a pretty penny because the portions are extremely small, you’re going to need to order side dishes and appetizers just to feel full. Not sure if this will be my go to place anymore for celebrations, the amount of money I paid wasn’t worth it and just highway robbery. Considering all the dirty dishes that were placed at my table all night, I should have never had to pay for my meal to began with. That was completely unsanitary. I’m disappointed with how my time and money was spent there. Paying all this money but can’t receive clean dishes to eat with and out of.

Lindsay is THAT person, the kind you meet once and instantly think, “yeah, this is a main-character energy situation.” She doesn’t just show up, she arrives, with kindness, competence, and that ✨quiet confidence✨ that makes everything feel handled before you even realize there was something to worry about. She’s attentive without hovering, efficient without rushing, and somehow still finds ways to make you feel like you’re the most important human in the world for those minutes you’re in her space. It’s giving professionalism with heart. It’s giving “I actually care, not just clock-in clock-out.” If the world had more Lindsays, customer service would be an art form again. Zero notes. No critiques. Just gratitude and a lil awe. Lindsay, if you read this. Youre the blueprint. Stay legendary <3
