The pad Thai was watered down, and tofu was hard as a rock. We sent it back. Then my beef ramen had a pork taste to the broth, and the beef was very chewy and rubbery. Sent it back. I do have to say the miso soup is good and the wasabi.

Haha never even eaten here but the owner’s response to a customer was so incredibly unprofessional and rude it completely turned me off from trying it. You should probably figure out how to deal with the public in a service industry. Most new restaurants fail, having a “your money’s no good here” attitude should hasten that 🤣

This is not a reflection of the man packaging up the orders. The food was packed perfectly and thoroughly with regard to temperature and he was the nicest person in the world. I would hire him today if he was looking! My issue is with the shortsighted owner who overlooks retention for immediate profits. My son and I picked up a cary out order for $60. I asked for a side of chili oil for my gyoza and was told that there is a $1.10 charge for chili oil! Something I can walk into any grocery store and buy. Full transparency, the food was not even that good, but this experience sure didn’t help that fact. The moral of the story is that if you don’t give your clients what they want, they won’t be back. You got a 1 time sale out of us, but, because of a couple of pennies in cost over chili oil, it will only be a 1 time sale. The shortsightedness of this plan is that you will have to spend far more than the cost of a side of chili oil to continue to find new customers as you chase them out just as easy as they came.

I wanted to try a St. Paul and decided to go to Asian Arch bc it was near my hotel. It did NOT disappoint. I got a veggie St. Paul and yaki soba with chicken. The St. Paul party was crispy and delicious. I loved the onion and lettuce that came on top and the mayo tied the sandwich all together. I added a bit of soy sauce for a bit of extra flavor. The yaki soba was savory and incredibly satisfying. The chicken was tender and I loved the celery and other veggies for the added variety and texture. Highly recommend!!
