  I went for the Moose Mug pop up. There were hardly any decorations and no Christmas music. The bartender was a little rude. He didn't seem to be having a very good night. I ordered food when I ordered my first drink. My friend got her food, but mine never came. After quite some time I asked about my food. The woman was not very nice, but said she would ask about it. I finally got my food after we were done drinking and ready to leave. I find a random $10.00 charge on the same night. I called and left a message inquiring about it. I never received a reply. Very disappointing, because this is (was) my favorite rooftop bar.

  I have been here twice now and each time I have ordered food and the bartender never enters my order. She always looks unhappy. Last night we waited over an hour for our food which was just a couple of sliders only to find out the order was never entered and then waited probably another hour to finally get the food that was definitely not worth the wait but at this point we were starving. Once we finally got our food we were basically told it was our fault because we didn't get a number. Well, we weren't given a number. For the amount of money we spent each visit and the horrible service we definitely wont be going back. And it's such a shame because the views on the balcony are nice and the potential to have a great vibe on the inside but when you receive such horrible service it makes everything unenjoyable.

  We were there the first night of their Christmas pop-up bar. The decorations are fairly sparse although I can understand that they do not want to block the view, but we went for the decorations, and there was no Christmas music either getting service at the bar I had to call out to the bartender to get his attention even when there is no one waiting to be served. We ordered drinks and food. The drinks for a very tasty, but only one food order was placed after an hour of waiting when it was brought to their attention they acted like we never placed an order even though we got a food number then they took the credit card. It was ordered on said they couldn’t find it Finally after 90 minutes of waiting for food it arrived. There was no offer of comping the food. No offer of amends. We were given Adam‘s card, the manager and told to call if we wanted to discuss it. Super disappointing and you were charged an automatic 20% tip at the bar when the service provided was minimal and disappointing.

  It's such a shame the service is so horrible because this place has a great vibe (the patio, view, etc.) I've been at least 3 times and every time I've gotten ignored to the point where I have to wave my hands around like a real Karen to get anyone to even look my way 😂 it's truly laughable how the bar staff acts, looks miserable and ignores well paying customers. Never going back. It's definitely not worth waiting 10+ min to try to get a drink.

  Beautiful place, decorated for Halloween (we went in late October). Drinks were strong (just how I like) & delicious & creative. Service was fast and lovely. We got the hummus platter- the hummus tasted freshly made & it was very good. Will be back
