- LALola Adewale6 days ago1.0If I could give it a 0 star I would. Absolutely terrible service. On more than one occasion I’ve had to wait almost 2 hrs for a single medium pizza. One time I waited 50 minutes just for my order to get cancelled and of course you have to call continuously for 15-20 minutes to get anyone to pick up the phone. Most recently, as soon as my pizza came out of the oven it was marked as delivered. I had to call 40 minutes later blowing up the phone before someone picked up and said we’re gonna send it out now… I haven’t written a review before now bcos I’ve worked in the service industry specifically food and beverage so I try to give grace but this place is consistently horrible with the service. As I type this I placed a single medium pizza order at 7:25 that was meant to be delivered by 8:10, it didn’t even go in the oven till 8:10, okay maybe they’re busy. But then they marked it as delivered a minute after it went out for delivery. At 8:45 someone finally picks up and says oh sorry we’re gonna send it out now… how incredibly frustrating

They not only delivered on time but all 4 pizzas were HOT and DELICIOUS! My team enjoyed and devoured them. Thank you, Domino's team!

- TPTina PattiMar 12, 20261.0If it were possible to leave a negative review, I would. 8 pizzas were delivered to a wrong building and a 5th graders did class did not receive lunch. The 3108 Kingshighway manager offered us a $25 coupon for the $108 order, because we did not bring back pizza. If the pizza was delivered incorrectly, how do we return it?! Kids didn’t get lunch and the manager felt a $25 coupon was sufficient.
