  Waited for 20 mins for a pickup order and the cashier was more worried about talking to her friend, the crew was absolutely horrible and unhelpful

  It’s not bad. One guy behind the counter, think his name is Brian. Great dude. Takes the time to actually talk to people, and cares about service. Promote the dude. My main issue is they clear orders way before they are done. The app says enjoy your order, and that was 7 minutes ago. Currently on a 18 minute wait for curbside, but since they cleared it. No one will ever know how long they constantly make people wait. Stop clearing the orders when they aren’t done. No wonder you forget stuff all the time. Posted the pic. But still no food. Lol

  "Fresh" Fries we were waiting on were lukewarm at best and definitely not Fresh as they were making it seem, all drinks incorrect, 2/3 drinks were the incorrect size which would have been not so bad if one of them was also the wrong drink, Sweet tea was not sweet at all slow service as well

  I waited in McDonalds drive thru for almost 20mins with 3 cars in front off me and like 3 cars behind me just to call them and they say our inner come is not working at the moment pull to up to the 2nd window, please put out of order on your inner come next time thank you
