No acknowledgment, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. We were just standing there waiting to order until I finally had to call out for someone. Customer service matters. Even if you’re busy, acknowledging customers goes a long way. Unfortunately, this visit felt unorganized and poorly managed. I hope they improve their front counter service because this was not a good experience.

Like they had some place else to be? With that said, he did take the order correct but the end product was nasty. Fries were almost cold and taste old. We ordered them cooked extra crispy. The crew we interacted with at this particular McDonald's needs either a refresher or be taught the art of customer service. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else next time.

It's just easier plus you can use points in the app. There is almost always some mistake with the order so I usually just go ahead and check everything right there in the line so I don't have to go all the way back around. Maybe I shouldn't do it that way but it's faster in the long run. Nothing worse than cold fries.
