My friend and I decided to split a double cheeseburger and an order of fries. I ordered onions on the side and we both asked for pickles. We picked up our order as soon as they called us. As we already had out drinks and condiments before they called us, we thought the hamburger would be hot. It was not! The cheese was not melted at all, the bun was cold, and the hamburger was luke warm and was more like a steamed burger. . Also, the size was ridiculous as it was small. Some of the fries were great, but most would have been better if left in the fryer for a minute or two longer as they were floppy. So, one double cheeseburger which we ate little of, some fries, and two small drinks for $24. We will not be back. This is sad. If you want a successful business, you should have pride in your products.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
