The food here is great but the service through the drive thru has gotten me consistently bad results. I have paid extra for bacon and they have forgotten it 5 times now, and just seems like they have an issue with bacon being a different station that keeps skipping the step.
My 2 star rating is due to my last visit which this time got me the completely wrong sandwich, and I didn't find out until my lunch break at work way after they closed. Instead of my ordered Hunters Club this time I got a weird mixture of meats, so since I couldn't call in the error, I instead filled out their feedback system on their website.
I then got an email saying that they couldn't help me unless I signed up for their rewards program. I did so reluctantly, and they said they added a credit for a free sandwich to cover it. A few days later I found out that this credit was for a basic sandwich and didn't cover my usual order of my Hunters Club which is considered a more premium "Favorite".
I emailed them back and was told there was nothing they could do about it and they couldn't change the code. At this point I've given up as accuracy at this location, at least through the drive thru, appears to be a major issue, and they will not correct it once you figure it out, and I'm tired of making calls to managers and submitting forms and signing up for programs I don't need just to get what I'm paying for, even though it's correct on the receipt every time.
Makes me sad, I love their sandwiches when they get it right, but they don't seem to be able to get a basic order right anymore sadly... Including a picture of my "Hunters Club" of double roast beef, provolone, lettuce, and tomato. Swing and a miss.
