  Update: I received a survey after my order and I did fill it out with my complaint and the general manager personally reached out and has offered me a free sandwich. Very pleasantly surprised, thank you Jazmine! Long time customer of this Jimmy Johns because it’s close to my work. However, today I picked up my sandwich and had issues. My Turkey Tom was cut in half, which is fine except the right side literally only had one piece of turkey on it. And the left side was somehow toasted?! Absolutely outrageous for the $10.

  Honestly worst jimmy John’s I’ve ever had. The bread was At least a day old, Both sandwiches were completely incorrect and not just by one topping or ingredient but by multiple. Ended up throwing away my sandwich and went somewhere else, Wife ate hers because she was so hungry. Tried tearing off pieces of the bread that was so hard to make it edible and it didn’t happen. I get it’s a sandwich shop but even subway has better quality than this, Which is sad. Last time I’ll be ordering.

  Came in 50 minutes before close tonight and the woman working the counter was so rude: made us wait for her to count her drawer with hostility. I ordered my usual and she laughed at me when she said they no longer sold the spicy mustard and then made a snide comment to MY mother about me, insinuating I had too many accommodations... I have food allergies and just need to remove the provelone and mayonnaise.

  Good and not exspensive. If you want to oder in they vet it to you fast and hot
