  Computer aided drive through. It will upgrade your order based on response, for example medium or large? Will resize the order. Very busy place for size. I waited 10 minutes for cars in front of me. Ordered 8 piece chicken strip and they weren't ready after the long wait. I was directed to pull forward for another wait. Chicken was hot, fries warm.

  Put ur rally caps on cuz it's time to graduate early. Ur all dismissed for summer recess. At ease soldiers the government has seized the entire country.

  These people are useless. Had a door dash order, was waiting 20 minutes past the pickup time, not one person came to the window other than to move the box of straws. At one point I got out of my car and went to the walk up window, at which point this guy walks over to the dash window, so I walk back over there, he shows me both door dash orders, says "one moment" shuts the window and the next thing I hear is this guy throwing a temper tantrum. I get it if your busy, your busy, but open the window and communicate. Its literally not that hard. We had another 2 dashers behind us and the middle one kindly asked us to move so he could get out. We contacted dash about it and luckily received full pay for having to experience these two and there unprovoked and unmanaged anger for their job. Also I get people have bad days, but the drive thru line continued moving, at one point one of the employees stood there with his arms crossed and just stared at us, I would like to believe this was a bad day - however from multiple other reviews suggesting the same thing I now am pretty certain that they were playing this game intentionally. But what are we? Three years old. Its pathetic of adults to behave in such a manner, and after reading about the food poisoning below and the chicken sandwich that had no chicken ill just believe these guys are going out of business at this location. Employees are rude, dont want to work, just want to stand there and collect a check but also play stupid petty games. This experience was absolutely ridiculous, the tough guy staring at us literally could have just opened up the window to communicate whatever issue there was. But of course, why would he? He's obviously not a very stand up character, any way in conclusion I'd stay far away from this place, not worth it, they will definitely be reckless with your food, and that's if you even get it.

  Went to order through the drive thru, and ordered at the speaker box which was AI. Went to order meals but they showed up as separate so I pulled up the window and asked if they could combine them into a meal combo for the right price. I was met with a nicer guy who said he would grab someone, this someone turned out to be very rude. I was met with a horrible attitude, the AI was confusing and didn’t understand what I was saying. All I wanted was to combine my single items that I wanted to be a meal, into a meal order.

  A well deserved review and 5 star rating for the manager Janice and the night crew (9/17/2025). I visited the drive thru for a late night order of big bufords and angry buffalo wings. I had trouble finding the location on the app, to order online and use my rewards. The young man at the window and Janice helped me use my rewards and kept apologizing for the wait because the computer rebooted and for wait time (that I was already expecting) for fresh dropped wings. The kitchen workers even came to the window to affirm that they were able to fulfill the request for all flats. It was great customer service and quality food all around! Even with the wait, that really wasn't much of a long wait, Janice still compensated me with a complementary apple pie and adjusted my total. This location never disappoints when anytime we visit. Thank you all!
