I loved it instantly and had great experiences overall—until I visited this particular branch three weeks ago. The food quality was subpar. The bowl wasn’t mixed properly, and the mild salsa was chunky and watery, unlike its usual smooth and slightly thick texture. The staff also didn’t seem well trained. They didn’t know how to redeem the free chips code or the correct portion size for chips and served them in a smaller bag. They weren’t rude at all—just not adequately trained.

Hardly anything was open but they braved the roads to make it in and they were terrible. I had a good 4wd or would of stayed home myself. Give them a far raise! Hard to find good workers who would of attempted to come in. Most fat food places were even closed. GIVE THEM A RAISE. Management you know who they are.
