Patient when I wanted another scoop of rice or beans and not all annoyed like other people acting like it came out of their checks to give me just a tad bit more. I appreciated the energy and this is definitely my favorite location. I drive from Hazelwood and there’s a Qdoba literally a block away, but I’ll cross the bridge to come here, for the peaceful atmosphere and welcoming aura alone.

Took the last money in my account, told me to "drive and get it" after telling them I was stuck at an office, and then told me to just reorder it despite being told I just used the last funds I had that I could order with. Manager could not provide a cancel reason. Manager would not assist refund. Was told "I don't know how to do any of that" and again was told to reorder. This is a joke as far as customer service goes, and I will make sure I tell my entire office complex to stop using them after this.
