  Best Jimmy John’s on the planet, always freaky fast, everytime i come in i’m greeted immediately. There is not a single thing they could do better there. The people are what make the business and they are amazing. I love Jimmy. Try the chicken bacon ranch, I’ve had it 10 times in the last 3 weeks and it gets better everytime

  So I love jimmy John’s but the elm st Location can not seem to make a delivery to my house my family and I have ordered food from them two times I live 5 minutes away from there store front but 45 minutes later on there app says delivered but no food call them to fix it instead I get a refund hope everyone else has better luck I will not order from this location again

  I ordered a sandwich for delivery. The store used Uber eats to deliver instead of their own driver and my wait time got bumped up to an hour and a half. This location is usually very fast and reliable but this was really disappointing.

  I’m not one to complain about stupid things, but my God How hard is it to get my sandwich cut in half? I think I’ve had at least 30 previous orders and on every single order I have requested that my sandwich be cut in half and I have yet to have them follow my request. After going 0-30 that earns you 1 star. Lazy employees who can’t follow the simplest directions they will ever receive

  They didn't ask for my rewards number and when the employee handed me my sandwich, I asked how to get my points and he said it was too late and should have asked at the beginning of my order. Employees need do do all steps of their job. Sandwich was good though.
